GRILLED MIXED VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

  • Assorted Vegetables (Asparagus, Red and Yellow Peppers, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Red Onions)

  • Olive Oil

  • Cedar Key Original Garlic Herb Seasoning

Directions: Trim asparagus, seed and cut peppers into sixths, and slice squash and onions into ¼ inch wide slices. Rub veggies lightly with olive or avocado oil on both sides. Sprinkle veggies generously with Cedar Key Spice Original Garlic Herb Seasoning.

Grill veggies on medium high to high until they are cooked but still slightly crispy.  Place on platter and serve hot or room temp.
