GRILLED FISH

Note: The grill time for fish can vary by the variety, thickness and density. 

Ingredients:

  • Fish Fillets

  • Olive or Avocado Oil

  • Cedar Key Garlic Herb Seasoning

Directions: Season on both sides of fish filets with plenty of Cedar Key Spice Original Garlic Herb Spice.

Season and pre-heat the grill to high. Grill the first side to get a good sear, then turn to finish grilling the second side, cook to your desired temp.

Remove from the grill and rest for a couple minutes before serving.
