Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bacon diced small

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms

  • 8 – 10oz. cooked sliced chicken

  • 4 cups of cooked penne pasta

  • 2 tbs. fresh chopped basil

  • ¾ cup half and half cream

  • 2 tbs. Cedar Key Spice Garlic Seasoning

  • ½ Cup Fresh Diced Tomato for Garnish

Sauté bacon, onion, and mushrooms to desired tenderness, add chicken and pasta.  Simmer until warm, and add half and half cream, Cedar Key Spice Garlic Seasoning and the fresh basil.  Continue to simmer on low until the sauce thickens and coats pasta.  Serve hot, top with the fresh diced tomatoes for garnish.
