GRILLED STEAKS
Ingredients:
Steaks (NY Strip, Filet, Sirloin, Tri-tip, Ribeye, etc.)
Olive Oil
Cedar Key Garlic Herb Seasoning
Directions: Rub steaks lightly with olive oil on both sides, then season steaks liberally on both sides with Cedar Key Original Garlic Herb Seasoning and fresh ground black pepper.
Grill to your desired temp on a medium-high grill. Once steaks are done let the steaks rest for a couple minutes and then serve.
Note: Use your favorite cut of steak or what you have on hand, We used NY Strips about 1” think and Filets about 2” thick.
